FTP uploading and downloading is a very fast way to send and receive larger files to or from us. Depending upon your system, this can be at least triple the speed of standard DSL e-mail transfers and is relatively simple to use.
Contact your company's system administrator to find out how you would establish a FTP site connection or obtain an easy to use FTP application software such as FTP Explorer for the PC or Fetch Softworks for MAC users. These programs can be acquired from www.ftpx.com or www.fetchworks.com.
You may also connect through a web browser program such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, although we do not recommend this way . We can give you our ftp address if you wish to do so.
We do recommend file compression to reduce transfer times. It also can reduce the chance of file corruption. Please supply us with a PDF or other proof.
